Pros
Not one pro can I list minus remote work
Cons
My experience working at ConnectHealth was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns about transparency, leadership, and overall business practices.
During the interview and onboarding process, commission structures were presented very differently than how they were actually applied once employed. Recruiters are encouraged with promises of high commission percentages, yet numerous undisclosed fees are later deducted from deals without clear explanation. In many cases, placed physicians generated negative commission balances during the first week, delaying or eliminating payouts altogether. These deductions and calculations were never properly disclosed in writing or explained transparently during hiring.
Leadership lacked professionalism and industry knowledge. Communication across management often felt disorganized, and there was frequent gossip and unprofessional discussion involving employees behind closed doors. I also witnessed repeated inappropriate and discriminatory comments directed toward women during conference calls, which created an uncomfortable work environment.
Operational processes were extremely inefficient, and physician concerns often appeared secondary to maximizing profit margins. Facilities were charged aggressively while physicians were frequently offered rates below market value. Rather than prioritizing long term relationships with providers, the environment felt heavily focused on revenue at all costs.
This company has significant issues with transparency, culture, and leadership accountability. I would strongly encourage recruiters and physicians to thoroughly research compensation structures, fee disclosures, and workplace culture before considering employment or partnership here.
