Pros
If you are going to do staffing in Chicago, this is the place to do it.
When you first start they do a good job of making you apart of the team. From day one you have access to top management who have great insight on how to close more deals and be a better business professional. When working there and making money for ConnectSearch, I found there to be a lot of freedom and had good work balance. After leave the company to move to a new state, they paid me out on my commission. Over all they were a great organization to work with from start to finish.
Staffing is hard and isn't for everyone, but if it is for you this is the place to do it!

(Things like slack could save time on things like excess company emails)
