The BCBA you work with is always there to teach you. I also have had great experiences with the RBT at the clinic, they are there to help when you're in need
Cons
When doing home or out-of-clinic cases, it can be challenging to be alone when first learning. I've also noticed that the response from the management takes a while, but when it comes to you responding to them, it should be right away.
