Pros
One of the best company cultures I have ever been a part of. Finally a place that offers a work/life balance and has leadership at both middle management and executive levels that truly cares about its employees. Workloads are challenging but push you to grow, and with such a rapidly growing company it is never boring.
Cons
Growing pains like any other quickly growing organization in terms of process needing to keep up to support, but truly they are doing a great job.
