Pros
I needed a job and they gave me one. Allows (insists) on full time. Fairly informative training program so I wasn't immediately "thrown to the wolves.". HR seems sensitive to my needs.
Cons
Doesn't pay very well. Dangerous. I don't get breaks. Hot. Doesn't seem to be much opportunity for promotions. Very dirty. Coworkers don't always seem to be terribly helpful, very impersonal. Loud. Point system for shift attendance, showing up late, etc. is incredibly confusing.
