On my first week, a message was posted in a shared Teams channel saying that "everyone that asks for salary raise should be flagged" whatever that means. Salaries are very low and they don't really care about delivering quality just billing their clients for the workforce they provide. They take advantage of jobless people offering salaries under market rates with no possibility of getting a raise without "being flagged". This is the same kind of Indian/Pakis outsourcing companies that think they can treat people the same way they do in their cultures and if you ask for improvements, you're harassed to force you to quit. I saw this happening multiple times with my coworkers.
