Pros
*Most* of my fellow co-workers are great people and helpful.
Cons
- Disrespectful treatment of employees, yelling even if the other person is right in front. Delray's high management allows this and does it as well.
- Toxic work culture, where they have the "work until you drop and don't even dare to speak out" mindset. High management says that they're door is always open or to send an email, those are lies. It's just a trap since employees who've spoken up have been fired.
- IT management is bias against employees who aren't Indian. This is just plain wrong and it's about the only thing that's transparent in the company unfortunately.
- IT management is so unorganized that they end up rushing everyone on development, qa and deployment and more often than not bugs end up in production. Florida team always has to fix the bugs the overseas team submit.
- Executives in Nashville either don't know or care about employee moral and happiness.
- All teams are getting overworked, working late hours almost everyday because of recent "restructuring".
- Bad implementation of scrum. No new features/fixes have been released in two weeks even when were working more than eight hours. Before august we were releasing features/fixes every week since we also had more personnel.
