      There is no Pros as the company company work culture is worst

      Cons

      The Work Environment is Completely worse, They treat as a slaves. MD force the employees to respect them and he think all employees are slaves of him. Salary will be delayed and fines be levied for late coming and for delayed reports.

      Worst company culture - no ethics at all. Micromanagement No respect as a human - you will be treated as a slave Fine - you will be fined for the most silly thing. Unnecessary rules - worst than school 24*7 be active on whatsapp..! Six days working
