Pros
It was a good community to work in most of the time. The work was typically easy to do and there were plenty of company parties and get togethers. Listening to music during the workday was nice as well and the pay was decent for a college student.
Cons
Some of the management would give insurmountable workloads to employees and get angry or snippy when things didn’t finish. There were plenty of circumstances where product was oversold without considering the staff needed to create it and one mistake could set someone off about how inconvenient it was etc. Often it was expected to work at top speed with delicate material with the expectation of perfection. Unfortunately people are not machines and handmade products have room for error.
