Pros

The salary they offered was decent. But that's all.

Cons

After working here for a few years, they decided to force anyone who is covering their spouse's medical insurance to be taken off starting in the new year. They also do not match anything for your 401K. The company does not offer any incentives, bonuses nor and promotions. Once you're in your position, you're stuck there. No room for growth. The CLCS department has extremely archaic systems in place from 10-15 years ago. Management has promised to move away from these systems and excel their systems but it's been a revolving circle of lies. They also do not care at all about your work/life balance. The CEO and other "higher" management will have corporate meetings about how important work/life balance is every quarter, but it's not actual reality. They work 9-5 jobs (if that) but could care less about people lower on the totem-poll. If they truly cared, then they wouldn't take 6 months to hire 1 person at a time for a struggling team working 15-18 hour days. They're so cheap and slow with the hiring process, they would prefer to over work those already in the trap. Be prepared to work extreme hours and receive no recognition or incentives.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
