Pros
Checks clear every two weeks. They are so inept that if you take unpaid time off, they will still pay you.
Cons
Have no idea what they are doing in the eDiscovery space. They made the wrong decisions 10+ years ago, and every time they try to course correct half the company resists. Put another way, they are still making and selling Betamax VCR's. Every week starts off with hearing who else has just quit, pretty soon they will have to shut down as they can't attract or keep talent. They have no idea how to fairly compensate people. Days will be spent filling out Work Orders in two ticketing systems while dialing into conference calls discussing who should do what task... so nothing gets done.
