Pros

They are a new company, technically (Split off from a larger company). So it seems that they are trying to improve work life for their employees. However, there is a lot of one step forward, two steps back.

Cons

Pay is below average and it is very common for pay to not be equal between people doing the same job. Benefits aren't great. They only contribute to the 401k once a year, so if you leave 11 months into the year, too bad. Health plans have historically been garbage. Although, I must say that they introduced some changes for next year that are in the right direction, still not great, but better. The quality of employees that they hire is laughable. In my specific department, HR services, they hire literally anyone. I have personally interviewed candidates and told the recruiters and upper management team that they would be a terrible choice and cause more problems than solve. 2 weeks later, they're on the floor. And to compound the problem, HR goes to great lengths to make it almost impossible to fire people. There are people who have gotten away with call avoidance, horrible attendance and quality scores, and legitimate harassment, never being fired. I have seen it time and time again. Very little money is spent on the actual employees. We finally received a small amount of money to fund at least some employee appreciation, but not enough. I've lost some good people that would have been great leaders, but it's too hard to retain people when there is very little that makes the job worth coming to.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
