Cons
1. Poor local management that promotes non values based on "friendship" or "obedience" criteria instead of performance and intellect. An environment in which overachievers are not necessarily encouraged, but put down if they are not compliant with local management's views. 2. Salaries under market range. Poor salary increase policies, resulting in high differences between newly hired EEs and more experienced ones. Often you may find that supervisors might gain same level of compensation with direct reports. Company only offers higher salaries as counter offers and only in specific situations (not necessarily based on value).
