Pros
The employees are top notch and outstanding! You'd be hard pressed to find a group of more qualified and wonderful individuals to work with, even if you don't particularly have any business dealings with them. This is a very diverse, global company so there aren't any cultural issues that others companies face. If you need a flexible position for home/work life balance, this is the company for you!
Cons
The company is going through some growing pains during its restructuring process, so currently, it's hard for current employees to grow and generate revenue, as well as conduct business and keep their positions. Some departments are doing well, but most of the company is feeling the squeeze and this makes it very tough to do business during this time.
