Energetic place with an environment of deep knowledge research and various consulting activities, esp. with Intellectual P roperty.
Cons
Bosses can be a bit of a slave driver, and micromanagement is a plaguing affair. Cannot avoid calls/e-mails at unearthly and odd hours of the night if working remotely . Very little time for team bonding except for a yearly trip. Little to no exchange of information with colleagues. Continuous deadlines that have to be met by scheduling tasks at hand. If you are a person that can operate your optimum/best when solo, this might be the place for you.
