Pros
Family Atmosphere, Great Personalities, Amazing Products being Manufactured, Overtime, Good Pay, Excellent Benefits, Knowledgeable Employees, Cool History, Free Workouts While at Work - No Need for GYM Membership, and A Great place to work.
Cons
Hard work, overtime (Good but can be mandatory), lots if trains which block roads daily for 5-15 minutes at a time, and schedule changes. These cons are not really cons. I get 40+ hours, training, free snacks and drinks, and more positives to outweigh any negatives.
