Pros
I've been working here for the last 2 years. The first thing I noticed that at least 80% of the existing employees are working here for more than 5 years. That speaks volumes about the work condition as in today's world if a company was able to retain so many employees for so long, it must be doing something right. Work wise, there are enough challenges to engage in. If you love what you do, you'll certainly get enough chances to prove yourself. Higher Management is approachable and you do not feel isolated. Other than work there are a lot of fun and activities going on. We are a small and happy family where everyone looks for and looks after one another.
Cons
Nobody's perfect and there is no company which does not have some problem or the other. Good thing is you can take up your issues to Management and work on getting things sorted out,
