There are some incredibly passionate and knowledgeable individuals part of the team.

A hive mentality drives the workplace, and gossip is far too common-- often fueled by Senior Management. Employees outside of New York receive little to no support, and HR is very ineffective. High turnover rate made for poor team bonding and compensation is subpar.
