Pros
I’d been on the job hunt for over 8 months. I wanted to make a move from where I was and although I was pretty miserable, I wasn’t going to make a switch just for a change of scenery. I was being incredibly picky and was holding out for a company that surpassed all my expectations. To be honest, I wasn’t even sure if such a company even existed - until I found Conception Nurseries. I did an incredible amount of research on this company, the leadership team, the employees, the industry, their reputation within the industry, the science and methodology behind their products, etc. I left no stone unturned and can honestly say that I was, and continue to be, blown away by this company and team. Conception truly respects their employees and treats them like adults. Although they are hyper-focused on growth, they don’t forget about the people along the way which is a rare find these days. So, if you’re looking for the best company out there that is going to disrupt the Cannabis industry, look no further!
