Pros
The work was very interesting and the company gives lots of opportunities to grow your skills. They let you do your work and don't bother you too much. Concept is owned by engineers and they try to take care of all the engineers. Fun, family atmosphere. You get to work on fun and complex projects.
Cons
Travel can be excessive at times, but depends on your role and your project. Management doesn't seem to prioritize remote offices and sometimes doesn't understand the concerns of other locations.
