Favoritism is in their bloodline, so if you want to climb career ladder please be an obedient employee, they LOVE that. Most of leaders here are very closed to changes and evolutions, so if you are the type to thrive in a collaborative environment, this place is not for you. Oh yeah, if you want to take MC, you have to pay RM25 co-payment, which I think this is the only company I ever met to implement such funny policy (my opinion).
