Pros

Everyone hated the company together so we had a sense of unity. It pays slightly more than some jobs where you're face to face with the customer like retail.

Cons

Constant threat that you'll lose your job/the contract will be pulled, incompetent managers, they don't even turn the heating on in River House when there are employees working there, having to sit in their heavy coats and thermals, backbiting atmosphere, have to be careful what you say to who. Penalised for using too much break/using the bathroom (this time is unpaid), going above and beyond is useless because it's not recognised. Only work here if it's between this and being homeless unable to pay rent.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
