No matter how good you are in your craft or giving them the stats they needed to please the client or even your skills, prowess and dedication, they will always see you as an expendable, cannon fodder once they saw something not align in the company's rules.. their rules are okay but there are some things they dont consider no matter the situation. they have no "COMPASSION"
PC's are terribly awful, A lot of broken PCs and phones to work with, ended up with low productivity.
IT people are too slow to respond.. as a tech guy I can do something about it, as a quick band-aid solution but it wont serve us in a long run..
The company's system is out of date, the system is the same as the time way back in the late 2000s, they are just good at recruiting or worse compulsorily conscription.
unlike in the other companies that they have people first and great place to work, and its evident that a lot of people stay..
In this company.. you see people come and goes, they care about attritions and more work load they dont want you to make hard things easy to be productive and efficient.
They do have townhalls, but everyone is afraid to speak up even if they are open for forums of questions and answers as they will take the heat and unwanted attention...
Some good people who are best at the craft are being transferred in different accounts which they are not good at or job mismatch.
Their mental wellness program is just for show, they wont believe you if you give them documents.
