      Pros

      I had fun learning a course and chatting with friends about it. During a client meeting, we had a productive discussion. I also interacted with some employees, exchanging smiles. I found it interesting to listen to stories from women in my network, gaining a better understanding. I also learned how to use YouTube in Excel, which was a good experience. Now, I feel ready to tackle my responsibilities with confidence.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
