- you are micromanaged on a daily basis
- you calls will be receive criticism on a regular basis, by people whose job it is to find things to criticize
- bad management, during my two years i had 5 different managers
- too many clients in portfolio to be able to help
- lack of access to support for clients
- daily targets that are unattainable
- rigid working hours and mandatory morning/evening meeting
- they hire anyone that do not any have experience
