No medical insurance subsidy for support staff, no provident fund contribution by company for staff, lack of clear communication from top management. Staff reshuffling which causes constant disruption in the work flow , and making it hard to monitor and track individual performance , and growth within the company. No set breakdown on the work flow from Top to bottom, one has to figure things out on their own, and find a work method that works for them. No clear Human Resource channels from ( Recruitment, Payroll, and People advisor), No labour policies & practicies are displayed on walls for employee to have a view of as required by the department of labour. All these can be worked on , and I believe the company should take it into consideration to create a better working environment.
