Pros

Paid training and it was easy.

Cons

You earn PTO but you can’t use it to leave early for an emergency. They make you put in a VGH which you don’t get paid for and you might not get approved to leave anyway. They are strict with their point system. 10 minutes late or more you receive a point even if you call the Attendance Hotline. The Attendance Hotline doesn’t help you avoid points on your attendance, so it’s unnecessary to call it to say that you’re coming in late or you’re going to be absent that day. There’s no “sick time” either. You will receive points unless you have a doctors note. You can’t have your cellphone on you. They make you lock up your belongings. Also the office is extremely cold!!! It makes me have to pee every hour. You only get 2 15 minute breaks and once you use those breaks up you have to clock out to use the restroom.

Concentrix Response

That’s not what we like to hear. But we’re always going to listen. Why? Because when it comes down to it, that’s how we get better. We think we have something pretty special at Concentrix. But we didn’t get here by doing things the way they’ve always been done. So, thanks for your feedback. We’re definitely down to switch things up.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
