Terrible IT infrastructure - no proper working phone line for a call center company???
Uppermanagement only cares about numbers not people
Stupid meetings about nothing
Training leaves a lot to be desired
No growth potential (unless you want to become a team lead)
Quality of service doesn't matter, only how often you call
The job could be nice, but they make it so that everything is just frustrating, because it really is just about the amount of calls you make and nothing else
