      Pros

      None, wouldn't recommend to a friend, well I did but they hated it too. Staff turnover is shocking.

      Cons

      I had been on 3 different campaigns and because of training couldn't take leave. Carried over from BT, Scottish Power and London Police so I had 244 hours leave. Had printed it all off, as soon as I handed my notice in that suddenly dropped to minus. They say I used it all, I can prove I didn't and I am taking my case to ACAS

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
