Uneducated Incompetent management at all levels. Supervisors literally sleep at work while agents for hard. Favouritism.You will not be judged by your results but by how well your relations are with Sups. Go Daddy contract is clearly underpaid compared to what the Job actually is. Simple employee requests like asking for holidays or asking for a payslip or asking for your password to access your mailbox will take months and months. Quality coaching is a total joke : People with no experience in sales advise you and tell you what to do....
