No severance benefits - HR is incompetent and partially racist (Pro Filipinos) - Leadership wants the scores to improve without giving a proper executable action plan - Managers encourage non compliant actions - Leadership does not push back and provide proper feedback to client. Just agrees to everything like a sheep - Politicized environment. True efforts are not recognized unless you are on good personal terms with the management - No proper onboarding or training provided to leads once they are promoted
