Cons

* HMO (iCare) coverage is very limited in practical use, particularly due to the lack of outpatient hospital coverage and reliance on clinic-based services. * Incentive is low - max 5 thousand pesos if you reach the highest metrics and you'll receive it after a month or 2, depending on which month you achieved the score. * Management communication is inconsistent and lacks transparency, often leaving employees without clear updates on important decisions. * Favoritism among some team leaders was noticeable and negatively impacted perceptions of fairness in day-to-day operations. * The office layout feels overcrowded and poorly optimized, with a very enclosed environment and limited access to natural light. The pantry area is frequently congested, and seating is often insufficient during breaks. * Microwave access is poorly managed, with consistently long queues during peak break times that significantly cut into lunch periods. Equipment issues also tend to take a long time to resolve. * The building is shared with multiple BPO companies, which contributes to congestion and a more crowded overall work environment. * Washrooms are frequently not well-maintained, with recurring issues such as wet floors, lack of cleanliness, and delays in restocking essential supplies like tissue. Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
