Pros

1. Even if your contract of employment ends they move you into available roles into different process. 2. A lot of things to learn as a beginner 3. Co-operative support, Transport, Security Control Room and Safety. 4. Early days of work are very good in terms of support you receive from seniors.

Cons

1. Management tries their hardest to lose employees - Make changes in to sales payout process so that employees cannot get paid or get less, for their hard earned money. Story time[Process always pay the sales incentives to the Concentrix. however Concentrix sets KPI targets also to be fulfilled to give employees sales payout. so they reduce the amount of incentives based on how KPIs are met and may make it even zero. Process name: Virgin Media O2.] 2. Annual Increment doesn't seems justified for the amount of work. 3. Process updates adds another LOB's work and salary remains same. 4. even though there is position available for promotion process loves to get the employees So called Temp. Position for no salary changes for 6-8 months and then may be become a SME or Quality Analyst Permanently. Which basically feels exploitation. 5. This company keeps hiring throughout year which means employees are always leaving.

Pros

Decent Pay and benefits . Trainers prepare you for basic work

Cons

They have Team Leaders and product experts. Some Team leaders are great, my was not, I was supposed to be coached on a regular basis, for four months I received no coaching. My coach only got involved if something could negatively could affect their Stats. I asked for more training several times, the 2nd time I asked, she transferred me to her supervisor instead of answering my question. Products Experts were helpful but sometimes had completely different answers to the same question. There was this ongoing training that you could request to join. I stopped going when they repeatedly taught the opposite of some the companies Zero Tolerance policies. When i brought it up with their supervisor I never recieved a reply.
