Pros
The environment was good and they have a playroom where you can chill, the pantry was aesthetic and the facilities are doing well with their jobs. The schedule was great since it was not a graveyard shift. The job is good for experienced Call Centers Agents or those who are willing to handle sacrifice their mental health for this kind of job.
Cons
The work load was over the top and very demanding since it was a hard selling account. Being in a technical team handling troubleshooting for Wi-Fi, cables, billing, telephone, phone, phone lines, and creating ticket while upselling products is kind of hard for me. The job requires a lot of energy and it was my first job and the recruitment hub did not informed me and our other team member that the account was a hard selling account. I believe the salary did not meet how hard the job was. If it wasn't for the sales quota, I would have stayed.
