Meh - Associate Project Manager Concentrics Research Employee Review

Really strong team of people across the board. The work is interesting/always different enough to not become routine. I know if I need help with something, there will be more than one person who is willing to provide support. Benefits are solid, especially PTO and health insurance. My manager is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and has advocated for me in my time at the company. I feel very respected as an employee and that my voice is always heard.

Delegation of tasks from management could be improved

Good pay for what you do. Free food/snacks when conducting studies. Most employees are wonderful. Small company. Early releases on most Fridays.

Small company. At cubicle for most of the time. People just come to your cubicle and talk to you even if you dont want to talk. CEO micromanages. They expect A LOT but give a little. The job pays will but it is stressful. You're either super busy with no down time, or you are very bored with nothing to do. No holiday or birthay celebrations or parties. No social events or volunteering. Claim they care about consumers but no volunteer work. VERY against change.
