Regarding compensation, when a role is reposted at a different salary, it is not financially motivated but rather a standard practice of resetting the position to its original pay band. Employees often progress into higher pay bands through tenure and performance, and when someone leaves after reaching a senior level, the role is typically reopened at the initial salary range—allowing new hires the same opportunity for career growth.
What may appear as high turnover is, in many cases, a reflection of career progression rather than instability. Many of our embedded employees transition to full-time positions with our clients, which is a success for both the employee and Concentric. This demonstrates the strength of our talent and the trust our clients place in our team.
