      It a good environment to work around you meet a lot of different people fast paced good hours work as a family good place to work for

      I didn't have any problems working for concentra everyone their did there jobs I have no downside about concentra

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
