      Pros

      I get to work from home and don’t have to sit in traffic. I don’t have to see people in person. Working from home!

      Stressful, not paid enough, its all work and no play.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
