Pros
Decent pay for the work Routine and a few choices on schedules (7-4, 8-5)
Cons
complete absence of transparency or communication (twice (!) during the 15 months I worked here, I went to a meeting and found out I was on a different team with a different supervisor starting that day..) unprofessional environment / coworkers (worked with people who cursed, talked about their sex lives LOUDLY in the break room, etc) managers who had no right to ever be in a managerial position (a supervisor should absolutely never mention how many miscarriages she's had during a "get-to-know-you meeting"...or the fact that she thinks she has "no future" at the company...) promotions based on anything but skill. the best workers (objectively, by the numbers) never got promoted while several people who could barely do their job (but were male and thus probably easier to manipulate by conniving female supervisors...) were promoted. monotony: it takes a few weeks to get the job "down" and then you could do it in your sleep
