Pros
The salary is well above the average pay in the market. There is a great deal of autonomy in practice.
Cons
The standards are impossible to meet. I often treat 18-20 patients per day and am expected to take same day evaluations on top of this. This crazy schedule is causing me to lose my passion for my profession and creates subpar care. The money is great, but I am finding it is not worth it.
