      Pros

      Awesome experience that allows you to experience interdisciplinary care and see patients in there functional environment.

      Cons

      Typically a busy clinical environment. I did not like the EMR used, it seemed to have frequent issues with communication between other clinicians and the administrative staff.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
