      Good PTO, competitive pay, good CEU reimbursement, many locations

      Cons

      The patient type is not stimulating/repetitive. You lose some autonomy as a PT as patients go through medical providers as primary oversight.

      Pros

      You learn a lot from the company, they push you to your limits and you take on multiple roles.

      Cons

      Leadership is out for themselves, you are expected to work 24/7 and still asked why you didn't do more. Pay is OK but doesn't account for the stress.
