Coworkers are amazing people! Non-leadership roles genuinely care about each other as people and have great relationships and support for each other.
Cons
Micromanaging all day every day: Prepare to have 1-2 meetings every day to discuss where your deals are at and movement. You will be pushed to annoy prospects and do things that you know will cause you to lose the deal, but leadership doesn’t care. Leadership: Every employee is just a number to upper leadership. They are constantly changing people around on teams and titles and firing people when they haven’t given them any time in a new role to produce results. They will not give any support or helpful advice if you need direction, but expect unrealistic results. They will belittle you with their words and play favorites. Security: Prepare to work every day like it could be your last. There were multiple times with 7-10 people let go within a week’s time. Every month someone is let go for no valid reason. You’ll always be wondering if you should look for something new because people will be getting fired left and right around you with no warning and you won’t feel safe.
