Pros
Generally staffed with good people, benefits are good, some free lunches, excellent kitchen, weekly paychecks, overall nice location. A lot of good 'pros' sadly outweighed by the very product they produce.
Cons
No technical management, or formalized software development and support. Though software UI is nice, this place is a SQL Server and Crystal Reports disaster. Most of the SQL is not normalized let alone optimized, and the Crystal Reports were obviously done by someone who knew little about Crystal. As well, SQL Server databases are way overdone with more tables and stored procedures than in applications 25 times its size, which of course means bloat, bloat and more bloat. There is also no head of product/software development and thus no regimentation on features or development schedules. Company owner simply walks in and demands features as he goes along, slowly generating a confusing and poorly put-together application that will likely, at some point, be so slow as to be unusable.
