      Pros

      1) very flexible with the hours 2) supervisors are great 3) Lot of options for lunch around the office 4) You learn a lot about the software they used to store blueprints and schematics, etc

      -Some days are really slow and you're just sitting at your desk counting hours

      Pros

      - 2 days in office, 3 remote. You get to pick the days you want to go in - Decent pay - You can pick what time you wanted to start working (6am-8am)

      Cons

      - Very cliquey - Choosing to start work after 9am without a solid reason was frowned upon (Im used to started work at 9 so this took a while to get used to) - I did not feel supported when i struggled with items tasked to me. (this can obviously vary depending on your manager) - I took a 3 mental health days that was met with my termination.
