      Pros

      There is little to no growth for career minded people in this company. Run by the boy's club and outsiders are not accepted.

      Cons

      The company culture is terrible. While the "3 amigos" on the 3rd floor think it is a great company and people should feel privileged to be part "the Con Cast Family" that is such a joke. Poor leadership......little boy's running a company with other people's money.

      Great people to work with, and great experience can be gained.

      Workload can get intense at moments, and situations do become stressful, upper management only makes the situation worse at times.
