      Great environment, MSP always offers multiple opportunities to growth the technical knowledge, leader are accessible and I feel they listen what we have to say

      Sallary on MSP industry are not the best and many times, KPI's are more important than the real work.

      Work is fine, customers are fine. Most staff are pretty good.

      Cons

      Many staff leaving over a particular manager which is just a shame. Lots of two faced, narcissistic, helicopter micromanagement.
