Pros
Flexible hour are good party increases are poor. If your not management your am Indian which are few to the many chiefs. Titles mean nothing most managers are clueless as far as knowing what assigned people do for the company.
Cons
Clicky management top heavy big headed holier than thou. A whole lot of bashing occurs when a company is acquired and integrated into the comtech way, which means you have less than five years to find a new job. You will never be a comtecht employee.
