Generally, reasonable management. Management does not threaten your job for compressed schedules.
Cons
Low salary actions. When performance reviews are late, there is no retro-active pay (e.g. seven months late). Further, the next review period moved 12 months out. Promotions are rare (meet managements unrealistic expectations for years before being considered).
