Pros
It was a great company to work for at first that's why I gave two stars instead of one but as soon as TCS was acquired by comtech everything went down the tubes.
Cons
They do not pay appropriately and they take advantage of their employees some of them have multiple positions because everybody is either quitting or they're being laid off and upper management just puts the workload on top of the current employees shoulders without a salary increase. They care more about money than they do their employees and it shows.
